How Cleancomm Platform Works

Service Owner

The sector who owns the services of a certain working area and oversees all of its continuing cleaning activities is the designated service owner.

Project Manager

The Service Owner will designate a Project Manager/ Contractor to oversee the tasks inside the working area/city that has been assigned to him. Project Manager will assign tasks to the supervisors in the neighborhood.

Project Manager Supervisor

Project manager supervisors are the supervisors of the Contractor who are completing the tasks of the area/neighbourhood assigned to them. Their accounts will be created by the Project Manager, who will also assign them tasks and a designated area/zone.

Project manager supervisors will use the app to indicate the completion status of their assigned tasks for their designated neighborhood or area.

Service Owner Supervisor

A system user for whom the SERVICE OWNER will create an account the following conditions should be followed: -

  • The supervisor of the service owner will examine the job completed by other supervisors in his designated zone or area and provide their evaluation and comments.
  • Service owner supervisors have the option to reopen any assignment if they discover that it is unfinished using the smart phone app.

App for Public Users

Public users are the users of the system who are using a smartphone app to post the complaints along with pictures which need to be done. System automatically will send the complainst to the owner of that area to deal with it.
